2027 Vendor and Sponsorship Information

Connect with law enforcement professionals at the Gatlinburg Law Enforcement Conference Vendor Show. Showcase your products and services, build meaningful relationships, and engage with hundreds of attendees in one place.

Mark your calendar for May 4-6, 2027. Held at the Gatlinburg Convention Center in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, this conference builds on more than 30 years of law enforcement leadership and collaboration. Attendees from state, local, and federal agencies across eight southern states make it a premier regional gathering of professionals.

Reserve your booth for $1,050 and reach attendees throughout two and a half days of this three-day conference. Setup begins May 3, 2027, giving you time to prepare and present your solutions to an engaged audience. Electricity and dedicated internet access are available through the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Your participation also supports the Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police Foundation, helping you build connections while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Each booth includes admission to the cookout and evening receptions for two representatives. Additional tickets are available for purchase. 

• Increase your visibility through sponsorship opportunities that support conference breaks, receptions, and other featured events. Food and beverages are provided through the Convention Center’s approved caterer.
• Silver Level – $2,000: Recognition with prominent event signage: no booth space with this level
• Gold Level – $3,500: One booth space, conference-wide signage, top billing at one reception, and event access for up to four representatives.
• Platinum Level – $5,500: Two booth spaces, conference-wide signage, recognition at every event, and event access for up to six representatives.
• Event Sponsor: Sponsor a featured conference event and expand your visibility.
• Cookout Sponsor – $15,000: Prominent signage, recognition at the cookout, and an opportunity to address attendees.
• Refreshment Breaks Sponsor – $10,000: Prominent signage and recognition in the refreshment break area.
• Evening Reception Sponsor – $2,500: Prominent signage and recognition at the reception.
• T-Shirt Sponsor - $10,000.: Exclusive conference sponsorship with prominent signage, logo placement on the conference T-shirt, and input on the shirt design.
• GLEC Associates- $500 contribution and your name will be listed on the sponsor’s recognition signage at the conference.

All Sponsor’s and Vendor’s logos will be displayed on our website from the time they sign up until the end of the conference.
