2027 Vendor and Sponsorship Information

Put your brand in front of hundreds of law enforcement decision-makers from state, local, and federal agencies across eight southern states. The 2027 Gatlinburg Law Enforcement Conference Vendor Show gives sponsors and exhibitors a focused opportunity to demonstrate solutions, build relationships, and generate qualified conversations in one high-value setting.

 Mark your calendar for May 4–6, 2027. Held at the Gatlinburg Convention Center in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, this conference builds on more than 30 years of law enforcement leadership, training, and collaboration. Attendees from state, local, and federal agencies across eight southern states make it a premier regional gathering for public safety professionals.

Reserve your standard booth for $1,050 or select a premium booth for $1,500. Premium booths are located directly outside the Mills Auditorium, where the main training sessions take place. Setup begins May 3, 2027, giving exhibitors time to prepare and present their products and services to an engaged audience. Electricity and dedicated internet access are available through the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Your participation also supports the Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police Foundation.

We will be using the Digital Passport System again this year. This feature will allow participants to document their visits to each exhibitor easily and efficiently. Attendees who visit each vendor booth will be entered into a drawing for a prize package. 

Each booth includes admission to the cookout and evening receptions for two representatives. Additional tickets are available for purchase. 

Increase your visibility through sponsorship opportunities that support conference breaks, receptions, and other featured events. Food and beverages are provided through the Convention Center’s approved caterer.

 Silver Level ($2,000)

• Recognition-only sponsorship: Your organization will be acknowledged as a valued sponsor in all event materials and signage, ensuring your brand is visible to all attendees throughout the conference.
• Up to two representatives: You may send up to two staff members to attend and network at the event.
• High-visibility event signage and sponsor recognition: Your logo and name will be prominently displayed on event signage, digital screens, and printed programs, maximizing your exposure.

Gold Level ($3,500)

• One booth space (premium or standard): Set up a branded booth in a high-traffic area, with the option to select a premium location for greater attendee engagement.
• Up to four representatives: Bring a larger team to interact with attendees and showcase your offerings.
• Elevated conference-wide signage: Your brand will receive enhanced visibility on signage placed throughout the venue.
• Featured recognition at one reception: Your sponsorship will be highlighted during a key networking reception, giving you direct exposure to attendees.
• Speaking opportunity at the conference opening: Address the audience during the opening session, positioning your organization as a leader in the field.

Platinum Level ($5,500)

• Two booth spaces (premium or standard): Double your presence with two booths, increasing your opportunities for engagement.
• Up to six representatives: Maximize your networking potential with a larger team.
• Premier conference-wide visibility: Your brand will be featured at every major event, ensuring continuous exposure.
• Recognition at every major conference event: Your sponsorship will be acknowledged at all key sessions and gatherings.
• Speaking opportunity at the conference opening: Deliver remarks to all attendees at the start of the conference.

Cookout Sponsor ($15,000)

• Signature event sponsorship: Become the exclusive sponsor of a high-attendance networking cookout, a highlight of the conference.
• Up to four representatives: Attend with a team to maximize your engagement.
• Exclusive positioning at the event: Your brand will be front and center with prominent signage and recognition.
• Opportunity to address attendees: Speak directly to participants during the cookout, reinforcing your commitment and message.

Refreshment Breaks Sponsor ($10,000)

• High-traffic engagement sponsorship: Sponsor the refreshment breaks, which are attended by nearly all conference participants.
• Up to two representatives: Network with attendees during these informal gatherings.
• Repeated brand exposure: Your logo will be displayed in the refreshment area during every scheduled break, ensuring repeated visibility.

Evening Reception Sponsor ($2,500)

• Reception sponsorship: Sponsor an evening networking event, a key opportunity for attendee interaction.
• Up to two representatives: Attend and network during the reception.
• Targeted visibility: Your brand will be highlighted with signage and verbal recognition during the event.

T-Shirt Sponsor (Contact for pricing)

• Exclusive branded opportunity: Your logo will be the only sponsor logo featured on the official conference T-shirt.
• Prominent signage: Additional signage at the event will highlight your sponsorship.
• Input on shirt design: Collaborate with organizers to influence the T-shirt's look and feel.

GLEC Associate ($500)

• Recognition-only support: Show your support for the event and be acknowledged as a GLEC Associate.
• Supporter recognition on signage: Your name will appear on sponsor signage, demonstrating your commitment to the conference's mission.
