POST, CLEE or CLE Information with Gatlinburg Law Enforcement Conference

We will be applying or have applied for POST, CLEE or CLE Credit for the following states:

• Alabama

• Georgia – Up to 20-hours has been approved by the Georgia Peace Officer Standards & Training Council for attendees from Georgia to receive credit for attending this conference. The approval was issued on January 14, 2026 and the Course Number is NLM58G. Executive Credit has been approved on January 21, 2026. The Executive Credit Classes are indicated by GAEC on the agenda. This designation is located in the class location section of the class that has been approved. 

• South Carolina  - 17 CLEE hours has been approved by the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy for attendees from South Carolina to receive credit for attending this conference. The conference was approved on January 13, 2026 and is Lesson Plan Number 7393.             The Supreme Court of South Carolina Commission on Continuing               Legal Education and Specialization has approved 17.00 CLE credits and 1.00 SA/MH for the 2026 Gatlinburg Law Enforcement Conference, Course #262469.  Approval was granted on January 23, 2026.

• Tennessee - An application for 17 hours has been submitted to the Tennessee POST Commission for attendees to receive credit for attending this conference.

• Virginia - Attendees may submit a Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Criminal Justice Services, Out of State Conference Training Partial In-Service Credit (Form PIC-2) to receive credit for attending this conference. You can obtain the form by clicking on the above link.

• West Virginia

The certifying agency within each state determines the specific number of credit hours awarded for conference attendance. Updates regarding the credit hours available per state, as listed above, will be provided here. Additionally, we are committed to assisting attendees from states not included in the list to obtain appropriate credit.
