The Victims Services Track at the Gatlinburg Law Enforcement Conference is specifically tailored for system-based victim service providers working within law enforcement and prosecution agencies.
Participants in the Victim Services Track will have the opportunity to:

Established over 25 years ago, the Gatlinburg Law Enforcement Conference aims to deliver top-tier training for state and local officers and foster cooperation among federal, state, and local agencies.
Over time, the conference has expanded its curriculum to offer relevant training to law enforcement professionals of all types.
The Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police (KACP) sponsors this event.
For the 2026 Conference agenda, KACP is collaborating with agencies at all levels—federal, state, and local—as well as United States Attorney’s Offices throughout the southeast region.
