Participants from state, local, and federal agencies—and from eight states from the southern region of the country—make this event a true meeting of professionals.

Booth spaces are available for just $950.00, until December 31, 2025, on January 01, 2026, booth spaces increase to $1,050.00, giving you prime access for two and a half days of the three-day conference. Get ready to set up on May 4, 2026, and showcase your solutions to a dynamic audience. Need electricity or dedicated internet access? The Gatlinburg Convention Center has you covered. Plus, your participation supports the Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police Foundation—making a difference while making connections! Vendors receive admission to the cookout and evening receptions for two representatives with the purchase of a single booth space. Additional tickets may be purchased.

• Silver Level – $1,500.00: Get recognized with prominent signage at conference events
• Gold Level – $3,000.00: Enjoy one booth space, signage throughout, top billing at a reception, and attendance at all events for up to four of your representatives.· 
• Platinum Level – $5,000.00: Double booth space, standout signage, recognition of your sponsorship at every event, and access for up to six sponsor representatives.
